Shipping and Customs

Standard Built-to-Order Items: Unless explicitly listed as ready to ship, every piece is handcrafted to order in our Toronto workshop. Standard production time is 3 to 4 weeks.
Complex Builds & Fumed Finishes: Items featuring hand-fitted mortise and tenon joinery or traditional ammonia fuming require extra milling, assembly, and curing time, taking 5 to 6 weeks before dispatch.
Ready-to-Ship Items: Select in-stock items or completed small batches dispatch within 2 to 4 business days.

All items are built, hand-packed, and shipped directly from our Toronto workshop using tracked carrier services via Chit Chats.

Shipped via Canada Post, Canpar, or courier services with full delivery tracking.
Standard transit time is 2 to 7 business days depending on location.

Shipped via Chit Chats / USPS with full tracking.
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): Orders are processed with prepaid import entry. Applicable cross-border duties and clearance handling are calculated directly at checkout so your package arrives at your door with no unexpected fees on delivery.

Shipped via International Tracked Air service.
Duty-Free Preference: Handcrafted in Canada under preferential trade agreements (CUKTCA for the UK, CETA for the EU).
Import VAT: Shipments exceeding standard low-value thresholds are dispatched on DDU terms. Local VAT and minor postal clearance fees are collected by your national postal authority prior to final delivery.
