Shipping policy

Production and Lead Times

Every item is handcrafted to order in Toronto, Ontario. Please allow 5 to 6 weeks for workshop production and hand-finishing before your order is packaged and dispatched. You will receive an automated email with tracking details as soon as your package is handed to the carrier.

Canada and United States Shipping

Estimated transit time after dispatch is 5 to 8 business days across North America.

Shipping rates for all items are displayed at checkout prior to payment. Free shipping is available for qualifying Canadian and US orders meeting a minimum purchase threshold, which is applied automatically during checkout.

International Shipping

  • United Kingdom and European Union: 7 to 14 business days estimated transit time after dispatch.

  • Australia and New Zealand: 10 to 20 business days estimated transit time after dispatch. Growth charts are not available for shipment to Australia or New Zealand due to carrier parcel length restrictions.

All international shipping rates are displayed at checkout based on destination and package size.

Customs, Import Duties, and Taxes

  • United States: Applicable import duties and local taxes are calculated and collected at checkout to ensure clear cross-border clearance.

  • International Orders (UK, EU, AU, NZ): Orders ship Delivered at Place (DAP). Buyers are responsible for any local VAT, import duties, or customs handling fees assessed by their destination country's postal authority upon arrival.

Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the outer box and the affected item so we can arrange a repair or replacement.
