This website is operated by Wild Apple Woodworks. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Wild Apple Woodworks. By visiting our site or purchasing something from us, you engage in our service and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Natural Materials and Wood Characteristics

Every item is handcrafted from solid hardwoods. Wood grain, figure, character marks, and natural colour tones vary between individual boards and wood species. These natural variations are inherent to solid timber, celebrating the unique quality of real wood, and are not considered manufacturing defects.

Made to Order and Personalization

Orders enter our workshop schedule following order placement. Buyers are responsible for ensuring that all custom text, initial details, dimensions, and material selections entered during checkout are accurate. Modifications requested after the 24 hour cancellation window cannot be guaranteed once timber preparation has begun.

Pricing and Product Modifications

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a product listing or service offering without prior liability.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you products or services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.
